Interview: MyPillow Inventor Michael Lindell shares his successon Got Invention Radio

It’s always the perfect time to discuss a good night’s sleep. Inventor Michael Lindell had experienced one sky-diving and two auto accidents and needed bedtime relief. The pillows that were commonly available went flat shortly after use and then lost all ability to support the head and neck within days. Mike created MyPillow as “the most comfortable pillow you’ll ever own” and it will never go flat. Each is non-allergenic, dust-mite resistant and washable.

MyPillow offers a patented, interlocking polyfoam fill. Unlike other pillows, it comes with a 10 year warranty. Over 3.1 million products have been sold since 2005. TeleBrands is handling retail distribution of MyPillow. The standard/queen and king pillows come in four different levels of support for a precise “fitting.” For example if your body is accustomed to sleeping on down or feather pillows, users should reduce one level of support. MyPillow doesn’t collapse flat like most mass-market fiberfill pillows and it doesn’t retain heat like closed-cell “memory foam” pillows. After tossing in the dryer for a few minutes, each user positions MyPillow to fit their individual needs. Mike has a great entrepreneurial story that he’d be happy to share. MyPillow is 100% made in the USA. Visit www.MyPillow.com.
